1. Do you have a physical store or showroom where I can see and try on the jewelry?

Yes, you can find us at the following address: Str. Cariagdi Dumitru no. 1, sector 2, Bucharest (Piața Muncii area).

2. Can I pick up the jewelry from the order placed at a specific location?

No, orders cannot be picked up in person. Orders are shipped only through the fast courier company.

3. Do you repair jewelry?

We can only support you with the repair of our jewelry, subject to the availability of the components required for the repair. The cost of the repair is determined by the components and labor required. For such requests, please contact us by email.

4. How do I order and pay?

The order is made directly on the website, adding the desired products to the basket and filling out the order form. Payment can be made by card or cash on delivery.

5. How long does it take to process the order?

Order processing takes between 1-3 working days from the moment the order is placed. If you need products faster, please contact us and we will do our best to send your order at the desired time.

6. Can jewelry be altered?

We can change the length of the necklaces or bracelets, subject to the availability of the necessary stones and elements. We may also add or remove stones/elements from the jewelry subject to element availability and compatibility.

For any change, please fill in the Remarks for seller field or contact us, to confirm your possibility to make it and any additional costs involved.

7. Do you make custom jewelry?

We have the option of custom birthdate jewelry in the Magical Destiny section of the site.

If you want to modify an already existing model on the site, you can contact us by email, messaging or whatsapp to find out if it is possible to modify it.

8. How long can I return the jewelry?

You have 14 calendar days to return a product and the refund is made within 5 working days from the date the return is processed. For more details, please see the Delivery, Payment & Returns page for full details.
