DELIVERY, PAYMENT & RETURNS
To buy the products sold in our store, you can choose from the following payment methods:
1. Payment in cash on delivery system
You will pay the invoice amount to the courier (the value of the products and, if applicable, the transport fee). Cash on delivery is available only for orders with delivery on the territory of Romania.
2. Payment by bank card
Payment is made securely through Netopia. Accepted cards are Visa and Mastercard.
After choosing this payment method, you will be transferred to the Netopia online payment processor page to complete the ordering process.
- Deliveries in Romania are made by fast courier company. Delivery is free in Romania for orders over 500 lei.
The cost of transport is 19 lei for shipments in the localities within the coverage area of the fast courier company.
For locations for which the courier company charges the additional kilometer fee, the shipping cost is adjusted to take this fee into account. In this case, we will contact you by phone for confirmation.
- Deliveries outside Romania are made through the DPD/GLS service and take 3-5 days from the moment the parcel is dispatched.
Delivery charges are as follows:
- 50 RON (10 EUR) - Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary
- 150 RON (30 EUR) - Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands
- 200 RON (40 EUR) - Finland, Portugal, Sweden
For personalized birthday jewelry , we remind you that it is ready for delivery within a maximum of 5 working days after placing your order.
We want you to be satisfied with LOVE AND STARS JEWELS and the services provided. Therefore, if you are not happy with the jewelry you bought, you can return it within 14 days calendar days from the date of their receipt by means of a fast courier company to the following address:

We only accept products that are in their original condition and packaging ( the bag is considered the original packaging ), with all the accessories received (bag, bags, certificates, etc.), together with any bonuses, gifts or other items that accompanied the product. The product is necessary to show NO signs of wear or wear .
Customized products, made according to the customer's specifications and pre-approved by the customer, are NOT returnable.
Once the product arrives back to us, in the original condition in which we sent it to you, unused and with all related accessories and after checking it, in a maximum of 5 working days we will return to the bank account indicated by you the amount paid for the returned product.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We do NOT accept refund packages. We do NOT pick up packages sent via the Romanian Post.
To be able to manage the return more easily, please notify us in writing, by email, regarding your decision to return a product. Please write to us at email@example.com , and in the subject of the message specify RETURN and your name / EXCHANGE and your name , as appropriate. In the message, please write your identification data from the website, the phone number where we can contact you and the delivery address where the product was ordered, as well as the bank account number where you want us to return your money.

We are not responsible for parcels received in damaged condition due to poor handling by the parcel companies we collaborate with.
